Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art at the V&A
One of the most anticipated fashion exhibitions of the year opens at the iconic Victoria and Albert Museum this March. Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art celebrates the legendary Italian designer Elsa Schiaparelli, whose surrealist approach transformed fashion into an artistic medium. The exhibition traces the evolution of the house of Schiaparelli from the 1920s through to its contemporary revival under creative director Daniel Roseberry. Explore more than 200 objects including couture garments, jewellery, photographs and artworks—alongside iconic collaborations with artists such as Salvador Dalí and Jean Cocteau.
