Bespoke Conference Packages


Leave all the details to us. Our sales team will assist with creating bespoke conference packages incorporating all aspects of food and beverages as well as state-of-the-art AV equipment if required. Our Daily Delegate Package comprises the following:

  • Room hire including service charge
  • Working lunch buffet or three course lunch in the restaurant

Thanks to newly partnership with School of Economics we are delighted to offer MacLaren Hall which can comfortable accommodate up to 100 guests. The MacLaren Hall is exceptionally well appointed with very high celling , natural day light and classic features.

The Boadroom located next to the MacLaren Hall is a perfect extension of the big conference room ideally appointed as an additional syndicates. Suitable for up to 40 guests.

The Voyager Room is newly refurbished stunning contemporary style meeting and events space is designed with the same custom-hewn flair as the entire hotel. It comes complete with you with state of the Art Equipment, WiFi and Air Conditioning and natural light. The Voyager is ideal for board meetings or seminar of up to 40 delegates.

Private Dining Room is perfect for something unforgettable. A sumptuous private dinner, a sensational party or a business meeting in warm and impressive setting. Enjoying natural daylight and providing quality and privacy, Reform Social & Grill’s private dining room holds up to 12 guests seated for dinner or 30 guests for canapés and cocktails. 

Your personal Event Manager will ensure every need is met. The chef will discuss with you to create delicious menus for your occasion, whether it is a romantic supper for two with Starlight and Candlelight or business luncheon.
