Bespoke Conference Packages
The in-house events team at The Mandeville will help you to create bespoke conferences incorporating all aspects of food and beverages as well as state-of-the-art AV equipment. We also have a Daily Delegate Package which includes the following:
- Room hire including service charge
- Working lunch buffet or three course lunch in Reform Social & Grill
- Tea and coffee with homemade cakes and biscuits served twice
- Still / Sparkling mineral water during the meeting

THE MACLAREN HALL
Thanks to our new partnership with The School of Economic Science, we are delighted to offer The McLaren Hall which can comfortably accommodate up to 100 seated guests. The MacLaren Hall is exceptionally well appointed with high ceilings, natural day light and classic features.
The Boardroom located next to the MacLaren Hall is a perfect extension of the larger conference room ideally appointed for additional syndicates. Suitable for up to 40 guests seated.
THE VOYAGER ROOM
The Voyager Room is newly refurbished providing a contemporary style meeting and events space, designed with the same custom-hewn flair as the entire Hotel. It comes complete with State of the Art Equipment, complimentary WiFi and Air Conditioning. The Voyager is ideal for board meetings or seminars of up to 40 delegates.
THE PRIVATE DINING ROOM
The Private Dining Room can host a sumptuous private dinner, a sensational party or a business meeting in a warm and impressive setting. Enjoying natural daylight and providing quality and privacy, Reform Social & Grill’s private dining room holds up to 12 guests seated for dinner or 30 guests for canapés and cocktails.
The Chef will also be available to discuss will discuss and create a menu for you.
