Your main duties will include ensuring smooth and efficient running of the section for which you are responsible and be in charge of food preparation, production, presentation and methods of service of food and beverage items served in the establishment to the highest standard.

You will have an excellent standard of English and have a positive 'can-do' attitude.  2 years experience in a similar role in a quality hotel or restaurant is required as well as the relevant chefing qualifications, ideally City and Guilds or at NVQ level.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef to join our friendly brigade.

The role has been created to improve the standard of services offered to our hotel residents and in conjunction with the introduction of a new Room Service Menu.  As such we require the skills and knowledge of an experienced Chef who is passionate about food and delivery a quality product.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Doorman to join our concierge team who will be the first impression guests have of our hotel on arrival.

As such, you must be immaculately presented & have a welcoming manner.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this role as well as a sound awareness of London, it's attractions & the local area. Ideally you will also hold a UK driving license.

The hours of work are shifts of 12 hours, working 3 days one week & 4 days the following week. As such, you will only work alternative weekends; however, we would also consider a part-time applicant who was prepared to work solely on weekends.

You will have an approachable, friendly manner, with excellent communication skills & understand that you will be standing for long periods in all weather conditions.

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Luggage Porter to join our prestigious Concierge team at The Mandeville Hotel.

Candidates must have previous experience in a 4* or 5* hotel, be immaculately presented with excellent communication skills and be passionate about customer service.

This is a physically demanding role involving shift work but offers the long term possibility of development into roles with Concierge or an internal transfer on to the Reception Desk.

Previous experience in a 4/5* London or European hotel is required as is a flexible approach to working hours, excellent telephone skills and working knowledge of a European language.
