Our award winning restaurant offers culinary excellence and we strive to provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons. We are looking for experienced wait staff who have a passion for food and hospitality to work in the deVille Restaurant.
Duties include greeting the guests in a courteous and welcoming manner, seating them according to their preference and being able to advise them on our dishes and extensive wine list. You will be the key contact for diners should they have any questions.

The Night Receptionist is the first point of contact for the arriving guest and so must interact in a courteous and efficient manner, multi-task and solve problems.
The ability to project a positive attitude with a spontaneous desire to assist others and provide excellent service is a must. You will be responsible for the checking in and out of guests, assisting with general requests, escorting guests to their rooms and performing relevant administration work.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication and people skills, knowledge of Fidelio and impeccable presentation and manner.
Previous experience in a 4/5* London or European hotel is required as is a flexible approach to working hours, excellent telephone skills and working knowledge of a European language.
